Boat Condition
This 40 foot pacemaker motoryacht is an overall good condition. The engines run strong as well as the diesel generator. The bilge is in excellent condition with no standing water engines are grease free.
Seller replaced both air-conditioning units last year with new ones and blow ice cold. The ice machine works great as well as all major appliances. Boat was hauled out less than a year ago and had a full bottom job done.
The canvas and isinglass that surround the aft cockpit needs replacing but is functional. The entire boat has a closed circuit camera system as well as the bilge compartments, engine room and generator.
