This 1980 Pacemaker 40 Motor Yacht is in good condition and was remodeled after 2016. It sports twin 454 Crusader engines that have low hours on them and are serviced regularly.
The Boat came to Alabama via Tennessee, so it's been in freshwater its entire life. The bottom was last painted in 2016.
As part of the remodel, the entire plumbing system was switched over to Pex Tubing, the electrical panel was switched out and about 90% of the lighting aboard was changed over to LED.
