This 1970 Bertram 38 Double Cabin has typical wear for a vessel of this age but has had some work done to start her on the way toward renovation.
The first thing you'll notice when approaching the boat is how nicely the hull has been painted. She's a beauty. The bottom has also recently been fully painted, with a good amount of work occurring below the waterline.
One new prop shaft was installed, while both shafts were pulled, repacked, and the motors were aligned. The props were sent out and trued, and the rudders were dropped and repacked.
The Trim tab rams were rebuilt, with new reservoirs added. The bonding system was reworked with a new terminal block added, and the Sonar Transducer was installed for the new Garmin radar-GPS-plotter-fishfinder.
Inside the boat, all electrical was reworked by a marine electrician, 3 new bilge pumps were installed and the Air conditioning was reworked, so it's ready to go.
The Port engine injectors were rebuilt, and the raw water pumps were rebuilt as well. Both Starters were also rebuilt and the alternators were tested.
