Known maintenance needs that are currently being addressed: Webasto diesel heater has trouble activating properly; the unit is old but has been bench tested, the issue may be the thermostat or the "SureBoard" controller. There is an electrical load issue on Port side that causes a belt squeal at about 1000 RPMs. This will be repaired prior to sale. Salon upholstery needs replacement which will be done prior to sale, or reduce price accordingly.
