Crack on Corian countertop Edge in galley. Minor water damage to the flooring in forward cabin. The flooring is very well worn.
All seating areas are in very good shape with no rips tears or stains.
No leaky portholes or mold. The exterior could use buffing and a good cleaning inside.
All personal items will be removed prior to sale.

The Vessel recently failed a survey. A new transmission cable was installed. Generator runs but needs a new exhaust hose. Both air conditioners are throwing error codes and need to be cleaned according to the sellers mechanic. The seller is making no further repairs and is firm on his price
