This Grady-White 231 Gulfstream is maintained and updated to provide its new owner many years of great fishing and cruising. The Mercruise 7.4L engine has been rebuilt, the owner has documentation for review while under contract. The engine has approximately 350 running hours. The lower unit was replaced in January 2023.

The gel coat is in nice shape, overall, with some scrapes from normal use and docking. The decks are solid the owner confirms and the upholstery and coaming pads on deck are quite nice.

Electronics and the GPS-enabled trolling motor are valuable upgrades and are functioning as expected.
