The keel-to-hull connection shows some separation, and the back edge of the keel, at the bottom, looks to have some damage. See photos.

She has a recent main sail and a recent sun cover on the Genoa.

The batteries were removed to the home for safe keeping, and there are no shore power hook ups in the yard. The bilge is full.

She has the Classic layout.She has a comfortable forward stateroom with V-berth. Moving aft, the head is to port, and large hanging locker is to starboard. The air conditioning unit is in the hanging locker.A separate area for the shower makes the head feel large. The wood grate floor adds a warm feeling. There is plenty of storage space for toiletries. Moving aft, there are two settees, a dining table that can be stored out of the way, and cabinetry for storage.
