Age and life changes say it is time for them to move on. This is 1978 Morgan 45 has two cabins. The aft cabin has a full private head with a bathtub. The forward head sports a stand-up shower.With air conditioning for and aft, the aft stateroom has 2 beds over and under, and the forward stateroom sleeps 2 to starboard facing the port side.Full blue canvas cockpit canvas shade for both sunshine and rain. Full isinglass windows surround the cockpit, cockpit cushions all around, 3 canvas seats with high backs, and a 15 HP Mercury outboard motor.In addition to the 2 staterooms, the main large cabin forward of the galley can be set up to sleep 2 couples, one on the port side and the other on the starboard side. In the bow compartment is a bow thruster as well as the controls for the anchor windlass. The boat comes with a good-sized dock box and also provides a canvas winter cover. The boat carries 3 sails: Main, mizzen, and head sail, as well as a storm sail and a light air sail.Onboard is a davit to hold a dinghy and a separate winch to hold or drop the outboard engine.
