The seller has not used the boat very much, but has kept up with the maintenance. Bottom is cleaned monthly. Engine starting battery was recently replaced. New Fortress anchor - still in the box. Date of last haul out is unknown, could be a couple years, the owner indicates. Age of standing rigging is unknown. Running rigging shows some wear, but appears functional.
