The owner reports the boat to be in good condition, with all systems, accessories and appliances in good working order, except:

The freezer is not currently working. It will need a new compressor. It functions fine as an ice box as-is.

There are stanchions and lifelines missing on the aft port side from the back of the boat to the cockpit, which will need to be replaced.

The foot pedal for the windlass is not working. This has never been needed so it was never addressed.

One winch on the port side of the cockpit is a bit stiff and will need to be oiled or rebuilt.
